Celebration: Design Credits
The fanlisting section of Celebration was approved by The Fanlistings Network, the largest fansite collective on the Internet, on June 9, 2009 and opened on June 15, 2009. It is listed in the Calendar Events section of the network.
The general design is based off an open-source creation originally made by EDG3. I took their general concept, completely reworked their coloration and header schemes, and then changed the layout itself quite a bit to make it better suited for my needs, especially as a fanlisting.
The suggestion to use a word cloud for the header image came from the fabulous Wendy, who always has some of the best ideas to share. :) If there are any questions regarding copyright or the usage of any of the images, please e-mail me for immediate resolution.
The font used in the header image is Sexsmith. The fonts used within the layout are all standard fonts such as Arial and Tahoma. The font used for the linking buttons for fanlisting members is 04b24. Programs used in the creation of the website and its images were Corel Paint Shop Pro XI and Microsoft Notepad.
The website is best viewed in Firefox, but it has been tested for cross-browser compatibility. It was designed using Microsoft Windows XP. Hosting is provided by Kya.
